Getting Started

6 questions

Revive is built for women who are done being told everything looks normal — but feel anything but. If you're navigating postpartum fatigue, perimenopause, hormonal shifts, stubborn weight, poor sleep, or a persistent sense that something is off, you're exactly who we built this for. We also serve men seeking metabolic optimization, performance recovery, or hormonal support.

It begins with a free consultation. You'll speak with one of our licensed providers who will review your symptoms, health history, and goals. From there, we'll recommend the protocol that fits your biology — and walk you through exactly what comes next. No commitment required to book.

Your first consultation is a real conversation — not a rushed intake form. Expect 30–45 minutes with a licensed provider. We'll go through your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and what you've already tried. By the end of the call, you'll have a clear recommendation and a plan.

No referral needed. You can book directly. A diagnosis isn't required — many of our clients come to us precisely because conventional testing came back 'normal' while they continued to feel unwell. Our providers are trained to work with functional symptoms, not just lab flags.

We work with adults 18 and older. Our most common client range is 28–60, but there is no upper age limit. Peptide therapy has shown meaningful benefit at every stage of adulthood.

Not at all. We operate as a nationwide telehealth practice. You'll meet with your provider via secure video or phone, and your protocol ships directly to your door anywhere in the continental United States.

About Peptides

6 questions

Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the same building blocks that make up proteins. Your body naturally produces hundreds of peptides to carry signals between cells: directing growth, repair, metabolism, immunity, and more. As we age, the production of many key peptides declines. Peptide therapy replenishes and reactivates these signals.

Peptides act as molecular messengers. Each one binds to specific receptors and triggers specific cellular responses — releasing growth hormone, burning stored fat, repairing tissue, or regulating sleep cycles. Unlike blunt interventions like synthetic hormones, peptides work within your body's existing feedback loops, making them highly targeted and generally well-tolerated.

No. Peptides are not steroids, and most are not hormones — they are signaling molecules. Rather than introducing a foreign hormone into your system, most peptides instruct your body to increase or regulate its own hormone production naturally. This is a meaningful distinction in terms of safety, side effects, and long-term impact.

Supplements support general nutrition and correct deficiencies. Peptides are precision biological signals — they communicate directly with your cells to produce specific physiological outcomes. The mechanism is entirely different, and the results tend to be more targeted and measurable.

All of our peptides are sourced from FDA-registered, accredited compounding pharmacies in the United States. These facilities maintain pharmaceutical-grade manufacturing standards, including purity testing and sterility verification. We do not use overseas, gray-market, or research-grade compounds.

Some peptides are FDA-approved for specific indications. Others are legally prescribed as compounded medications under physician oversight — a well-established pathway in US medicine. All protocols at Revive are prescribed and supervised by licensed providers operating within the applicable regulatory framework.

Protocols & Treatments

6 questions

We offer four signature protocols — Root, Growth, Ignite, and Bloom — each targeting a specific cluster of goals. Root focuses on foundational recovery and inflammation. Growth addresses tissue repair, muscle, and metabolic baseline. Ignite targets active fat loss and energy optimization. Bloom supports hormonal balance, mood, and feminine vitality. Your provider will match you to the right one based on your symptoms and goals.

Most protocols run in 12-week cycles, which is the minimum needed to establish meaningful physiological change. Some clients continue past the initial cycle for maintenance or to layer in a secondary protocol. Your provider will review your progress and make a recommendation at the end of your initial cycle.

In some cases, yes. Certain peptides stack well together and are commonly prescribed in combination. Whether stacking is appropriate depends on your goals, health profile, and your provider's clinical judgment — always discussed during your consultation.

Every protocol includes: your initial provider consultation, a custom-built peptide stack selected for your specific needs, pharmaceutical-grade medications from an accredited pharmacy, direct-to-door shipping, full administration guidance including video tutorials, and ongoing provider support throughout your cycle.

Yes — and this is one of the things that sets Revive apart. Every protocol is built for you, not pulled off a shelf. Your provider considers your symptoms, history, weight, goals, and lifestyle before making any prescription recommendation. Protocols are adjusted as you progress.

Switching mid-cycle isn't ideal, but it's possible if your provider determines it's clinically appropriate. If you're not seeing expected results, the better first step is a check-in call. Often, small adjustments to dosing or timing are more effective than a full protocol change.

04

Results & Timeline

5 questions

Most clients notice early shifts in energy, sleep quality, or mood within 2–4 weeks. More significant changes in body composition, hormonal balance, and physical recovery typically emerge around weeks 6–10. Results are not instant — peptide therapy works by restoring biological processes, which takes time and consistency.

Commonly reported outcomes include: improved sleep depth and quality, increased energy and mental clarity, reduced inflammation and joint discomfort, meaningful changes in body composition (fat loss, lean muscle development), better hormonal regulation and mood stability, and faster physical recovery. Outcomes vary by protocol and individual baseline.

If you're not seeing expected progress at your check-in, your provider will review your protocol in detail — examining dosing, injection technique, timing, and lifestyle factors. In most cases, targeted adjustments resolve plateaus. We don't abandon you if the first approach needs tuning.

Some changes — like fat loss or improved body composition — can be maintained long-term with healthy habits. Others, like optimized growth hormone levels, may require ongoing or cyclical maintenance. Your provider will be honest about what to expect long-term, not just short-term.

We recommend periodic measurements, progress photos, and journaling key markers (energy, sleep, mood, body composition). For some protocols, we may suggest bloodwork at specific intervals to assess biomarker changes. Your provider will advise what's most meaningful to track for your goals.

05

Safety & Side Effects

6 questions

When prescribed and supervised by a licensed medical provider, peptide therapy has a strong safety profile. Peptides are bioidentical — your body naturally produces and recognizes them. We use pharmaceutical-grade compounds, every protocol is reviewed by our medical team, and you are monitored throughout your cycle.

Most clients tolerate peptide therapy well. Commonly reported effects are mild: temporary redness or soreness at the injection site, minor water retention during early weeks, mild fatigue as the body adjusts, and vivid dreams (particularly with growth hormone secretagogues). Serious adverse effects are rare and are screened during intake.

Our providers are licensed nurse practitioners and physician associates trained in functional and regenerative medicine. They review your intake, build your protocol, and stay available throughout your cycle. This is personalized wellness guidance — not a supplement company, and not a one-size-fits-all program.

You must disclose all health conditions and current medications during your consultation. Pre-existing conditions don't automatically disqualify you — many of our clients have complex health backgrounds — but they inform what can safely be prescribed. Your provider will not proceed if peptide therapy is contraindicated for you.

No. Peptide therapy is contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you become pregnant during your protocol, stop immediately and contact your provider. Do not begin a protocol if you are actively trying to conceive without first discussing it with your provider.

Some peptides may interact with insulin, thyroid medications, blood thinners, or immunosuppressants. This is always reviewed during intake. Provide a complete and current medication list at your consultation — your provider will evaluate potential interactions before prescribing.

06

Administration

5 questions

Most protocols involve subcutaneous (under the skin) self-injection using a very small insulin-style needle — similar to what diabetics use daily. The injections are shallow, brief, and typically nearly painless. Some peptides are available in other delivery forms (nasal spray, oral capsule), which your provider may recommend based on your protocol.

For most people, no. The needles are very short and thin, and the injection sites (typically the abdomen or upper thigh) have minimal nerve density. We provide step-by-step video tutorials with every protocol, and our team is available to walk through the process with you live if needed.

Tell us. We will work with you. Needle anxiety is common, and our team is experienced in helping clients through it. We can also explore whether alternative delivery methods are clinically appropriate for your specific protocol.

Reconstituted peptides must be refrigerated (36–46°F) and used within 28–30 days. Unreconstituted vials should be stored in a cool, dry place or refrigerated. Your protocol kit includes full storage instructions, and your provider will walk through them during onboarding.

Don't double up. Simply resume your schedule at the next dose. Occasional missed doses will not derail your protocol, but consistent gaps will slow progress. If you're struggling with adherence, contact your provider — we may be able to adjust your schedule.

07

Shipping & Logistics

5 questions

We ship to all 50 states. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take additional transit time. We do not currently ship internationally.

Most orders ship within 5–7 business days of your prescription being processed. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves the pharmacy. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days from the ship date.

Yes. Your protocol arrives in plain, unbranded packaging. There is no indication of contents or sender identity on the outside of the package.

Contact us immediately. We will work with the pharmacy and carrier to resolve the situation. If your peptides arrive damaged or outside acceptable temperature range, do not use them — contact us and we will arrange a replacement.

Yes. Compounded medications prescribed by a licensed provider can be legally shipped to patients in the US. All medications dispensed through Revive are prescribed by our licensed providers and dispensed by FDA-registered compounding pharmacies operating within applicable law.

08

Cost & Pricing

5 questions

Pricing is personalized based on which protocol you're on, your dosing, and your cycle length. We provide complete, transparent pricing during your consultation — before you commit to anything. There are no surprise charges.

We do not currently accept insurance. Compounded peptide therapy is not covered by most health insurance plans. However, many clients find the all-in cost is comparable to — or less than — ongoing specialist co-pays, repeated diagnostics, and ineffective supplements that haven't delivered results.

Yes. We offer flexible payment options, including installment plans. We want financial logistics to be the last thing standing between you and feeling better. Ask about payment options during your consultation.

No. Your protocol price covers your consultation, medications, and provider support. Refills are clearly priced upfront. We will not send you a bill you didn't expect.

In many cases, yes. Compounded medications prescribed by a licensed provider may be FSA/HSA eligible. We recommend confirming with your plan administrator, as eligibility can vary.

09

Ongoing Care

6 questions

Refills are straightforward. You'll receive a reminder before your supply runs out. If your provider determines continued use is appropriate — which they review at each cycle end — your refill is processed and shipped without requiring a new full consultation.

Throughout your protocol, you have direct access to your care team for questions, concerns, or check-ins. We are not a fill-and-forget practice. If something feels off or you have a question mid-cycle, we want to hear from you promptly.

We recommend a formal check-in at the 4–6 week mark of your first cycle, and again before completing it. After that, frequency is tailored to your progress and needs. Some clients check in more often; some less. We follow your lead.

Yes, though extended pauses during an active cycle aren't ideal, as consistency drives results. If you need to pause for medical, travel, or personal reasons, notify your provider so they can advise how to pause and resume safely.

Your provider will review your progress and discuss next steps: completing as planned, extending for continued benefit, transitioning to a maintenance protocol, or concluding treatment. There is no pressure to continue. The goal is always what's right for your body.

You can cancel at any time by contacting our support team. We ask for at least 5 business days' notice before your next scheduled shipment. We do not lock clients into contracts, and we do not make cancellation difficult.
