The Revive Guide to Foundational Support During Peptide Therapy

A free, practical guide to nutrition, hydration, minerals, protein, and thoughtful wellness habits during a medically guided peptide plan.

What you'll learn

  • Why peptides are not all the same — and why foundational habits still matter during a medically guided plan
  • The everyday basics worth getting right: electrolytes, magnesium, protein, hydration, and nervous system support
  • Why your experience may vary, and what to review with your provider when something feels off
  • How to think about nutrient density, B vitamins, zinc, NAD+, and omega-3s without random stacking
  • Four things to be careful with, from self-treating symptoms to starting too much at once

A look inside the guide

25 slides designed to make foundational support easier to understand, and easier to discuss with your provider.

  • Foundational health still matters. Three cards. Peptide therapy: different peptides may have different mechanisms, evidence, risks, and regulatory considerations. Foundational wellness: hydration, nutrition, minerals, sleep, and stress support all play a role in general wellbeing. Provider guidance: medications, peptides, supplements, and injections should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional. This is the foundation of the entire guide. • Foundational support, drawn as a hub diagram with seven connected circles around a central "Foundational support" circle. These basics may help support general health and wellbeing during treatment. They are not meant to replace medical care, and they do not guarantee a specific treatment response. • Protein provides amino acids, which are building blocks the body uses for normal maintenance and repair. When appetite decreases, protein intake may also decrease, which can make it harder to stay consistently nourished. A simple place to start is making sure meals include enough protein for your individual needs. Protein needs vary by person, especially during weight changes, exercise, illness, pregnancy, postpartum, or medical treatment. If you are unsure how much protein is appropriate for you, ask your provider or a qualified nutrition professional. Footer: Educational information only. Not medical advice. • What to be careful with, shown as four cards. Using symptoms to self-treat: fatigue, dizziness, headaches, weakness, or stalled progress can have many causes and should be discussed with your provider. High-dose supplements: more is not always better, and some nutrients can cause problems when taken in excess. Adding injections without guidance: injections should always be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional. Starting too much at once: adding multiple supplements at once can make it harder to know what is helping or what may be causing side effects. Thoughtful support works better than random stacking. Our approach

Why we created this guide

At Revive, we don’t believe the answer is always to add more.

Peptide therapy is only one part of the picture. Hydration, nourishment, sleep, stress, medications, supplements, and individual needs may all belong in the same conversation. We created this guide to make those foundational pieces easier to understand, without turning your routine into another complicated stack.
